Transformational
Self-Love Therapy™
A practitioner-first modality that empowers you to finally help your clients meet themselves at the root of their pain - to deeply embody the experience of love, safety, and self-connection where healing actually happens.
Expand your capacity as a practitioner and guide clients beyond insight and coping strategies into deep, somatic self-reconnection and lasting transformation.
Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ Training Pathway
- For Practitioners Ready To Work At The Root
TSLT™ attracts practitioners who already sense that something essential is missing from conventional approaches.
TSLT is for you if…
• You already work with people and want to facilitate deeper transformation — without pushing, fixing or exhausting yourself.
• You are intuitive, perceptive and relational, and want a professional framework that honours those gifts rather than suppressing them.
• You care deeply about the people you support — but you are no longer willing to carry their pain or over-extend your own energy.
• Despite all your previous training, you sense there is still a deeper layer of healing that most modalities never reach.
• You want to work in a way that feels authentic, embodied and sustainable — producing results that feel natural rather than forced.
If something inside you says:
“This feels like the missing piece.”
You may be ready for this work.
TSLT level 1 training begins April 21st 2026
Enrolment closes April 14th
*This April 2026 training is the final time Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ will be taught as a live group cohort before transitioning to a self-paced model. If you prefer contained group learning, apply now to join.
What Happens When Clients Finally Meet Themselves
In a Transformational Self-Love Therapy session, something remarkable happens.
Within minutes, clients move out of the “attic” of their thinking mind and into the embodied presence of their own being.
For many people, this is the first time they have actually met themselves at the root of their pain.
When that meeting happens with love, validation and safety, the nervous system softens, emotions release naturally, and profound shifts occur — often within the very first session.
Watch the short introduction below to understand what makes TSLT different.
Practitioner First Ethos - Deepening Your Self-Love
Many health care professionals put themselves on the back-burner whilst they pour care, energy, and attention into others’ wellbeing. But putting yourself last is why you burn out.
BEFORE TSLT:
“I know how to hold space… but I can feel I’m not reaching the core, which makes me work harder.”
“I’m using multiple tools, but something still isn’t landing.”
“My clients improve… but slowly, and not always fully.”
“I’ve invested so much… why am I still not there? Is it me?”
“I’m still carrying emotional weight after sessions.”
“I’ve done so much work on myself… but something inside still feels unmet.”
“I’m capable of more…but I can’t seem to access it.”
AFTER TSLT:
“I know exactly how to take someone to the root whilst embodying myself — quickly and safely.”
“I don’t have to think, analyse, perform or prove — I just guide.”
“I no longer have to hold everything, and I feel held in the process.”
“My clients shift in-session. I see lasting results in real time.”
“I feel grounded and energised after sessions, not drained.”
“I met parts of myself I didn’t even know were still waiting.”
“I trust myself completely in the work. I feel confident and free.”
This work doesn’t just change how you help others — it changes the parts of you that haven’t been reached yet.
Not Entry Level Training
Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ is designed for practitioners who already hold space for others.
This training is not suitable if:
• You are brand new to facilitation, coaching or therapeutic work
• You are looking for personal healing only
• You prefer rigid protocols, scripts or techniques
• You want certification without developing inner authority
• You are not ready to meet yourself at deeper levels
This work requires emotional maturity, responsibility and presence.
If you are still finding your footing, this is not the right next step.
Why TSLT Works Where Many Other Methods Plateau…
Most therapeutic approaches focus on understanding trauma.
They help clients analyse their past, change beliefs or regulate their emotions.
But many practitioners quietly notice something:
Even after years of therapy, some clients still feel disconnected from themselves at the core.
That’s because the deepest wound is not simply the event that happened.
It is the moment a person felt unseen, unheard and alone inside their pain.
Transformational Self-Love Therapy works differently.
Instead of analysing the wound, TSLT guides the client back to meet themselves inside the place where the wound formed — with compassion, presence and validation.
When that meeting happens, something powerful occurs.
The nervous system settles.
Long-held emotions release.
The client no longer waits for someone else to acknowledge their pain.
They become the one who meets themselves.
For over twenty years, Tara’s pioneering self-love embodiment methods have demonstrated profound results across psychological, emotional and somatic levels — often far more quickly than conventional approaches. Many practitioners say the same thing after their first session:
“This is the missing piece.”
What Actually Changes When You Train In TSLT
Clients quickly meet themselves at the root cause of the issue— not the story
Accessing subconscious memories somatically — without hypnosis or regression
Almost effortless transformation — without force, analysis, or re-traumatisation
You work from presence not performance - with a unique, gentle, integrative breath-work
Results consistently happen in the first session - even as a student
Your own nervous system becomes the intervention - you feel held throughout the session
Your capacity to hold yourself and others deepens significantly - without energy drain
Your empathy and intuition develops within a sacred space — with safety, certainty and clarity.
TSLT works in ways that other methods never touch.
Meet The Founder
Tara Love Perry is the creator of Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ and a pioneer in embodied self-love work for practitioners and facilitators worldwide.
For more than two decades she has trained therapists, coaches, doctors and healing professionals to work at the root of trauma — without force, re-traumatisation or practitioner burnout.
Trainees frequently report astonishing new insights, surprisingly fast changes, and results that they have not been able to attain with other methods, over many years, previously - whilst also feeling better in themselves.
TSLT™ emerged through thousands of hours of direct work with clients and practitioners, refining a modality that restores loving connection at the root and expands the practitioner’s capacity to hold others with clarity, presence, and authority.
“I personally healed in one session what therapy couldn’t touch in ten years.”
“I am in love with this work, it goes directly to the source of who we are. ”

The Transformational Self Love Therapy Practitioner Pathway
-
Breathe & Receive® Practitioner Training is a 5-day initiation experienced either as a live group cohort or a self-study program - without compromising quality, support or community.
The Foundation
Why this?
Because no practitioner can safely hold others without first learning how to regulate and hold themselves. Breathe & Receive® establishes embodied self-connection, nervous-system awareness, and presence — the foundation everything else rests on.
Why now?
Because the world is dysregulated, and people are increasingly sensitive to who feels safe to be with. Presence is no longer optional — it’s the baseline.
Why you, why now?
Because many people are already holding others — emotionally, relationally, professionally — without having a reliable way to regulate themselves.
If you’re already the reliable one, the listener, the stabiliser, this layer arrives when your system is asking for support rather than endurance.
Learning regulation now changes everything that follows.
-
After the Breathe and Receive™ foundation training, you’re now fully prepared to embark on level TSLT 1 - learning to facilitate clients on a 1:1 basis, in-person or virtually.
This training is the perfect blend of self-study and live-online weekly group coaching.Watch weekly video modules and enjoy the comprehensive range of complimentary learning materials, and then connect with your peers and mentors for supervised practise sessions and expert guidance.
In just 12 weeks you’ll be ready to start working with clients as a qualified TSLT facilitator. Why this?
Level 1 trains you to facilitate structured, embodied one-to-one sessions that support real change without overwhelm. It moves the work from personal insight into professional practice.
Why now?
Because people are seeking support that leads to resolution and agency, not endless processing. Practitioners who can offer this are needed now.
Why you?Because your insight alone has limits.
This level tends to call people who are ready to move from knowing to embodying — from personal understanding into grounded application.
Step into serving others without losing yourself. This is the point where you expand into the potential that’s been waiting for you.
-
After a moderate time of consistent practise of TSLT with your 1:1 clients, you’ll probably be eager to start working with multiple people at once.
Level 2 is ready for you whenever you are, as a 100% self-study course.
This is wonderfully empowering, informative and inspiring virtual training for how to create, host and promote group TSLT sessions - both online and offline.
Group work is an evolution, not an escalation. Why this?
Level 2 supports the transition from one-to-one work into groups, circles, cohorts, workshops, and retreats. It allows impact to grow without increasing burnout.
Why now?
Because time-for-money models are no longer sustainable for many practitioners. Group work offers reach, resonance, and sustainability when held correctly.
Why you?
Because one-to-one work eventually reveals its limits — not in depth, but in sustainability.
This stage arrives when you’re no longer willing to trade time and energy endlessly, and you’re ready to increase impact without depletion.
Group work is about embracing your leader role, working in a way that your nervous system can actually sustain.
-
Gain the enormous benefits of ongoing mentoring meetings, every month, from the moment you qualify TSLT Level 1 - Live with Tara Love Perry and her qualified TSLT Mentor team.
With personal and professional support, guidance, advanced learning and marketing opportunities, plus the invaluable community connections, you cannot fail! Why this?
Growth happens through reflection, integration, and support. Mentoring provides containment as you step into practice and stabilise your identity as a practitioner.
Why now?
Because early practice is where doubt, over-responsibility, and old patterns can resurface. Support at this stage makes the difference between confidence and contraction.
Why you?
Mentoring is about having containment while your new identity stabilises. Ongoing supervision is the transition from ‘training hobbyist’ to ‘trusted expert’.
-
Included in your training package are 3x 90 minute TSLT sessions, from our most advanced practitioners.
You’re free to book your personal TSLT sessions from the moment you enrol.Additional sessions are available to you upon request, should you require them.
Why this?
These sessions support you to integrate the work personally as you step into offering it professionally. They create space to address blocks, questions, and identity shifts directly.
Why now?
Because TSLT training surfaces what’s unresolved.
These sessions exist for the moments when something needs to be met directly — so it doesn’t quietly shape how you work with others.
Support at the right moment shortens the path.
Why you?
Because as ‘the giver’, rarely, if ever, are you held in a way that allows you to let go. These sessions ensure you stop carrying burdens that don’t belong to you. -
After you graduate from Level 1, you’ll receive this bonus preparation for professional practise module - with the practitioners handbook and video masterclass.
From Over-Giving to Ethical Prosperity
Why this?
This module supports the internal shift from over-giving into grounded, ethical value. It reframes money, responsibility, and confidence so you can work sustainably.
Why now?
This is not business coaching or mindset work. At this point you need an embodied orientation that stabilises identity and supports real-world practice.
Why you?
Because many people delay stepping into their work not due to lack of skill, but because of unresolved beliefs around worth, money, and responsibility.
Addressing this early prevents burnout, under-charging, and self-betrayal.
The days of the wounded, self-sacrificing, or struggling healer are over.
A complete training for practitioners ready to evolve how they work — professionally and personally.

FAQ’s
What makes Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ training different?
TSLT™ is not technique-driven. It is relational, embodied, and precision-based.
You are not taught scripts to follow or suggestions to repeat. You are trained in how to guide clients into a direct, compassionate, real-time conversation with themselves — using language, breath, and embodied presence.
The result is:
Immediate in-room shifts
No reliance on post-session repetition
No re-traumatisation
No performance from practitioner or client
This training develops your capacity — not just your tools.
Is this suitable if I already have therapy or coaching qualifications?
Yes.
Many of our practitioners are already trained in psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, somatic work, or complementary therapies.
TSLT™ does not replace your previous training — it deepens it.
Practitioners consistently report that after integrating TSLT™, their existing modalities become more effective because clients are meeting themselves at the root rather than circling insight.
Can I train if I don’t have a formal therapy qualification?
Yes — if you are genuinely committed to holding others responsibly.
TSLT™ is suitable for:
Therapists and coaches
Somatic or complementary practitioners
Experienced space-holders
Those with strong relational awareness and emotional maturity
You do not need formal therapy credentials. You do need:
Emotional stability
Accountability
Commitment to ethical practice
This is not a casual training.
What does the training pathway look like?
Beginning in April 2026 - the final 12-week live cohort.
After this, TSLT™ will move to a structured self-paced model with live supervision access.
The pathway includes:
Core self-study training modules
Weekly live Q&A sessions
Weekly supervision sessions
Practical case study requirements
To graduate, students must complete:
A minimum of 12 supervised sessions
12 Q&A / supervision attendances
Required case study hours
Knowledge and practical assessment
Students can complete this within 3–12 months.
Certification and coaching support remain active for 12 months from enrolment.
Graduates retain lifetime access to:
All training materials
Q&A replays
Core resources
When can I begin seeing clients?
Practitioners begin offering sessions during training through case studies.
Once certified, you may begin seeing clients professionally, provided you:
Feel confident in your competence
Have appropriate insurance in place
Comply with the regulatory requirements of your country
We encourage responsible, ethical rollout — not rushed practice.
Do I need insurance?
Yes.
All practitioners must obtain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance before offering paid sessions.
It is your responsibility to check:
Insurance requirements
Licensing requirements
Legal practice guidelines
for your country, state, or region.
TSLT™ provides a modality and certification — regulatory compliance is your responsibility.
What if I struggle or don’t feel ready to graduate?
This training is rigorous but deeply supported.
Supervision and Q&A sessions exist specifically to ensure:
Skill integration
Ethical clarity
Personal regulation
Competence in practice
If a student requires additional development, further supervised practice may be recommended before certification is granted.
Our intention is not speed — it is integrity.
How quickly can I recoup my investment?
This depends entirely on your commitment and implementation.
Many practitioners begin offering:
Breathe & Receive™ sessions (1:1 and groups) immediately after training
TSLT™ 1:1 packages upon certification
With modest client numbers, it is realistic to recoup your training investment within 3–6 months or less, post-graduation.
We also provide structured guidance through the Ethical Prosperity module to support sustainable, aligned income — without pressure tactics or overextension.
Is this training emotionally intense?
It is deep.
However, TSLT™ is designed specifically to:
Avoid re-traumatisation
Avoid practitioner overwhelm
Avoid emotional collapse
The work is grounded, relational, and regulated.
Many trainees report feeling both excited and relieved to uncover hidden blocks during the training, and nourished rather than depleted after their case study sessions.
Is this spiritually based?
TSLT™ works at the level of self-connection and embodied presence.
It does not require:
Religious belief
Spiritual ideology
Energetic frameworks
Practitioners from clinical, secular, spiritual, and integrative backgrounds all integrate this method successfully.
What happens after certification?
Graduates may:
Offer 1:1 TSLT™ sessions
Offer Breathe & Receive™ sessions
Facilitate groups (with appropriate training level)
Integrate the work into existing clinical or coaching practice
Mentoring and community access remain available.
This is not a “weekend certification.”
It is an ongoing professional evolution.
